Personality:

Fierce: Rosé lived up to the name her mother gave her. She was like a blooming rose. This is the true nature of the doe. 

• Wild: Rosalia has an untamed spirit, free as the wind himself. She never stays in one place for long, wandering around the Glenmore territory.
  
• Ambitious: Due to her coat color Rosalia tries to achieve a higher status, proving that she is worth more than her coat color.
  
• Passionate: If Rosalia starts something she puts all her heart in it, not accepting a failure.
  
• Gladiatorial: Her will to prove herself is so strong, that she will put up a fight to make herself noticeable, in the good way.
  
• Beautiful: Even if Rosalia has a coat color that is disliked in Glenmore, she sees herself as beautiful and will present this feeling to the outside world.

Appearance: 
Rosalia has a coat that is disliked in Glenmore (Grey) and therefore she has some major problems to find mates. She decorates her long mane and tail with flowers to distract from her coat color. Her mane is long and wave, on her tails she just has a tuft on the end. Her horn is a long, thin spiral. (I picture her a bit like the Last Unicorn )


History: 

Rosalia was born to a fawnling pair of Glenmore, Murthag and Athanielle. It was no miracle that Murthag has chosen Athanielle to be his mate because both had a disliked coat color, namely Grey. But even due this circumstances Athanielle became pregnant and was waiting wishfully to give birth to her first fawn, because she was only six even if she already raised her sister's daughter Astatine. At this point Murthag was the perfect partner, caring for the doe and their unborn child as well as her adoptive daughter. He did everything to ensure that the fawn was born healthy and protected. But when the birthing came near Murthag's behavior changed from one day to another. Athanielle noticed that he was meeting with a new group of Commoner stags, what was very odd. Murthag was never the most popular stag, due to his coat color, but these stags were quite interested in him, but why?

When Rosalia was born Murthag was not the stag anymore who has chosen Athanielle to be his mate. He got furious and screamed that it was a mistake to produce a child that would carry this ugly coat color. When did the coat color became ugly, when he was carrying it? When they met, Murthag said that he proud of his color, even if it was disliked. Athanielle realized that the other stags must manipulate him so he would not want to produce offspring with a grey color. The herd had to become pure, without greys and roans, that was what he was saying all the time by now. But it was to late to talk him out of it. As soon as Rosalia was born he tried to hurt her. He even picked a spot for the birthing that would not be easily found, so nobody would reveal his action. But he didn't thought about Athanielle herself. The doe went between the stag and her fawn, protecting it and being injured, but not life treating. A herbalist tried to calm Murthag but the stag just walked away and from this moment on he pretended that he didn't know Athanielle or Rosalia. He thought he had disgraced the herd with his ugly daughter.
Athanielle's wound was healed by the herbalist, but this was not the only scar Murthag left.

Athanielle rose her daughter on her own, ensuring she had the perfect childhood. Rosalia or Rosé, like her mother called her, was able to play with her sister/cousin and a lot of other Commoner fawns. There were some others who had a disliked coat color and the doe and her daughter didn't feel as lonely, but Rosé realized early that the event between her... sire... and her mother left a huge scar in her mother's heart. The once so fierce doe became sad and depressed, not carrying another fawn year after year. The only thing that made Athanielle happy was her two 'daughters'. From the little fawn with the big eyes grew a wonderful and beautiful doe, like a wild rose. That was the moment when Athanielle realized she had given her daughter the right and most suitable name. Sometimes even her sire watched her from the distance, and Rosalia had the feeling she saw guilt in his eyes.

Athanielle taught her daughter everything she knew about magic she knew, but in secret. It was not seen with good grace if Commoners used magic but Rosé didn't care! The Royals already picked on her for her 'ugly' coat color, so she could use magic as she pleased. Most of the time she grew roses to match up her name, especially in winter when the red was contrasted with the white. Rosalia also tried to learn as much about herbs as she possibly could, because combined with her magic she would be a powerful herbalist.
